We entered this cute restaurant Saturday evening and thank goodness they weren't busy. We were greeted promptly and there was a couple finishing up their meal to a booth off to the left of the restaurant that suggested their dinner special. We had less than an hour before closing, so we ordered takeout. It had been a long cold day and we couldn't wait to get food and head home. My friend only wanted noodles so ordered their chow mein and rice and I ordered their dinner plate special of general's chicken which consisted of a choice of egg drop or sweet and sour soup, two egg rolls, and two crab rangoons. Their general's chicken and the appetizers were the best I've had since my favorite chef from an Eldorado restaurant retired. The rice was disappointing, it was just soy sauce rice. It was supposed to be fried rice, but I guess the kitchen staff had other plans. Besides the rice, everything else was delicious and service from the nice lady up front made up for it. I would definitely stop back in next time I'm craving Chinese food. I would highly recommend their general's chicken dinner special here maybe just order their steamed rice. I'm looking forward to stopping in again.

Oh the food here is so delicious. It's our favorite place in Carson City for Chinese cuisine. Very friendly staff and great service. The decor is very cute.

4 for dinner. Pot sticker appetizers were wonderful. Generals chicken, Sweet and Sour Chicken and Sweet and Sour Pork were very good with generous portions. The service was friendly and professional. We enjoyed coming here and will be back.

The food was good. The severed hot and fresh. The service was exceptional. They were very attentive about not overly so. The atmosphere was calming and they played good music.

Great food! A hidden gem in our city! the portions are big enough for a second meal and the prices fit current budget! The cashew chicken had plenty of cashews and the Mongolian beef was spiced perfectly to allow flavors to come through.

I stopped in on a Monday, for some comfort food and I wasn't disappointed. I had a lunch special of Mongolian beef. The food is amazing! We've been coming to this restaurant for over 20 years & we'll keep coming & singing their praises.. their are many Chinese restaurants in this area to choose from, but for me...this is the best! On ocasión I will go elsewhere, but nothing says home to me like China Jade. Recently when cleaning my junk drawer I found the menu from their original restaurant that was located in Minden. If anything their food has gotten better with time.
